Provided is an acid gas absorbent having an improved absorption performance by mixing an acid gas absorbing material and a material having a high reaction rate with acid gases, and adding an acid gas absorption rate enhancer which can minimize volatilization loss due to high volatility or the like, and generation of bad smell even while increasing the amount of the enhancer. The acid gas absorbent of the present invention comprises a reaction rate enhancer having a lowered vapor pressure by introducing a substituent to piperidine whose pure substance is liquid, thereby having effects of increasing an absorption rate, decreasing volatilization loss of the absorbent, and reducing generation of bad smell.
