The present invention relates to a method for adjusting a letter size of an electronic device for farsighted eyes and the electronic device. The method for adjusting a letter size for farsighted eyes according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps: displaying a standard letter having a set size; and calculating a letter size displayed by using a distance from user eyes to a display screen and a visual angle mapped with the standard letter. |
