Novel compounds as modulators of protein kinases

Disclosed are benzopyran (chromene) PI3K protein kinase modulator compounds of formula (I), wherein the substituents are as described in the specification. Also disclosed are methods of preparing compounds of formula (I), pharmaceutical compositions containing them and methods of treatment, prevention and/or amelioration of kinase mediated diseases or disorders.
