The present invention relates to a method for screening a therapeutic agent for premature rupture of an amniotic membrane and, more specifically, to a method for screening a therapeutic agent for premature rupture of an amniotic membranes by making a wound in an amnion tissue of an isolated placenta, treating the wound with a therapeutic agent candidate and culturing the amnion, and then selecting a therapeutic agent candidate, which is confirmed to promote healing of the wound, as the therapeutic agent for premature rupture of the amniotic membranes. According to the present invention, the present invention causes no ethical problem by using the amnion discarded after childbirth, and is useful for screening the therapeutic agent for premature rupture of the amniotic membranes having excellent validity, since the therapeutic agent can be easily screened in an environment similar to the internal body. |
