Disclosed are a bridge structure having a mast module and a submarine applied with the same. According to an aspect to the present invention, provided is the bridge structure having a mast module formed to be separated from or mounted on the bridge by integrally modularizing an area wherein a mast is elevated on a central portion of the bridge.
