SOLID OXIDE CELL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

The present invention provides a solid oxide cell system and a method for controlling the same wherein raw material gas, supplied to the solid oxide cell system, is efficiently pretreated or post-treated by using a catalyst-type heat exchanger. The solid oxide cell system includes: i) a first heat exchanger which receives hydrocarbon gas, carbon dioxide, and steam and converts hydrocarbon gas into a first carbon monoxide and a first hydrogen; ii) a second heat exchanger which is connected to the first heat exchanger, receives hydrocarbon gas, carbon dioxide firstly heated by the first heat exchanger, and steam, and converts the hydrocarbon gas into a second carbon monoxide and a second hydrogen; iii) a third heat exchanger which is connected to the second heat exchanger, receives hydrocarbon gas, carbon dioxide secondly heated by the second heat exchanger, and steam, and converts the hydrocarbon gas into a third carbon monoxide and a third hydrogen; and iv) a solid oxide cell which is connected to the third heat exchanger, receives carbon dioxide thirdly heated by the third heat exchanger and steam, and produces a fourth carbon monoxide and a fourth hydrogen.
