The invention discloses a diet control and management system and a method. The system comprises a database module, a reception module, a processing module, and a transmission module. The database module is used for storing food information and personal health information. The reception module is used for receiving food numbers transmitted by an electronic device. The processing device is used for acquiring the corresponding information from the database module according to the food numbers and providing diet advice information according to the personal health information and the corresponding food information. The transmission module is used for transmitting healthy diet advice information to the electronic device. According to the diet control and management system and the method, personal diet, personal health and carbon footprint can be controlled and managed. |
