摘要 <p>The invention relates to a system and method of laser active control for rubber tyre components. The claimed system consists of a laser emitter subassembly (2) comprising a laser diode (3) and a lens (4) or a cylindrical lens system and a receiver subassembly (5) comprising a bar (6) with photodiodes connected to a minicomputer (13), a monitor (14), an acoustic warning (16) and visual warning system (17) for signalling defects occurring in the measuring process. The claimed control method consists in interpreting, by means of a minicomputer (13), the data received from the photodiode bar (6) as a consequence of the reflection of the laser beam (7) on the surface to be tested, with the view of detecting the possible defects of the rubber components to be tested, at the same time determining the perimeter in which the detected defects are found and delimiting it by means of a fixed lighting device (9) and a mobile/sliding lighting device (10) emitting visible beams.</p>
