PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSOTION FOR TREATING ISCHEMIA CONTAINING CELL-TRANSDUCIBLE PIM2 FUSION PROTEIN

The biological functionality of the brain ischemia is not surely known PIM2 as a type of kinase, having an important role in cell survival. The present inventors study the protective effect of PIM2 fusion protein on the cell death and ischemia induced by oxidative stress. As a result, a purified Tat-PIM2 fusion protein is transmitted to the time, concentration-dependent manner within the hippocampus HT22 cells, has n protective effect on the cell death caused by oxidative stress. In addition, the transmission Tat-PIM2 fusion protein exhibits a protective effect on DNA fragmentation.
