The present invention relates to a vegetable dehydrator for performing an antibacterial function and a remaining agricultural chemical removal function. More specifically, the vegetable dehydrator comprises an inner container and an outer container to which an antibacterial agent is added when the inner and outer containers are manufactured; and an antibacterial bowl containing inorganic mineral, antibacterial agent, and calcium, and mounted on a bottom surface of the outer container to enable the vegetable dehydrator to perform an antibacterial function and a remaining agricultural chemical removal function. In addition, bacteria or remaining agricultural chemicals attached to vegetables can be removed by simply putting the vegetables into the inner container of the vegetable dehydrator, disposing the inner container in the outer container, fully filling the outer container with water, and leaving the outer container for a predetermined time. After that, water is removed by operating the dehydrator, thereby easily and effectively removing various types of bacteria and remaining agricultural chemicals through the vegetable dehydrator. |
