The cap has a main body (1) comprising an outer face (11) comprising a set of through-holes with preset pattern. Locking elements (13) are connected to the main body. Each of the elements is formed from single piece on an internal face of the body. Each element has an end comprising a support part (134) connected to the inner face and another end comprising a retaining part (133). The support part is foldable with respect to the inner face to move the retaining part in direction of the inner face in order to reduce total height of the elements with respect to the inner face. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a wheel hub cap (2) a method for packing a wheel hub cap.
