<p>The device has two masts (4) composed of respective elements and maintained on a ground by bases (5). A height adjusting unit adjusts height of a central banner (1) at desired height on the masts from the ground, while maintaining the central banner in a tightened position. The central banner is fixed on a carriage system circulating in a rail, and is fixed on the masts by a set of bolts. Side banners or wings (2) are composed of foam. A handle is provided in the bases for transporting the bases. Each mast is composed of two assembled elements by another set of bolts.</p> |
