<p>The invention relates to a freezing indicator device to be used in the food industry. According to the invention, the said device consists of a bag (1) made of plastic, which is divided into two compartments (A and B), separated by a sealed plastic area (2), the first compartment (A) being filled with an activation substance (3) of water or water-alcohol mixture type, the second compartment (B) being filled with an activation substance (4) of usual food dyestuff type, so that, in the freezing condition, the substance (3) opens the area (2) and makes contact with the substance (4), without interacting with it, and in case of defrosting, the mixing of substances (3 and 4) and the mixture colouring occur.</p> |
