The purpose of the present invention is to provide a radioactivity protection sheet, which can protect a body or an article from radioactivity in an easy manner and can block radioactivity in daily life, and a method for manufacturing the same. The radioactivity protection sheet of the present invention includes radiation blocking layers containing chlorosulfonated polyethylene and radioactive-ray-blocking particles. The radioactive-ray-blocking particle includes tungsten or tungsten compounds (a), and/or barium or a barium compound (b). The radioactivity protection sheet is a laminate having a plurality of the radiation blocking layers. Moreover, the radioactivity protection sheet includes the radiation blocking layers which include radiation blocking layers including tungsten or tungsten compounds (a) and radiation blocking layers including barium or a barium compound. |
