The present invention relates to a gantry loader of a machine tool having two spindles. Two beds are asymmetrically installed on a horizontal turning center and spaced apart from each other. The horizontal turning center has the two spindles installed in parallel and two turrets installed adjacent to each spindle. A frame for installing the gantry loader is directly connected with each bed to increase processing accuracy of processed articles and ease of installation of the gantry loader. Moreover, the gantry loader has a compact structure to achieve a movement of the gantry loader in X, Y, and Z-axis directions, thereby minimizing the installation space of the gantry loader. Furthermore, a pair of first linear guides are installed on the horizontal frame to have a predetermined shape to minimize deformation of the gantry loader by its own weight and achieve a stable operation of the gantry loader. Also, the two spindles are included to reduce the maintenance and repair costs. |
