The present invention relates to a prestressed concrete-steel composite girder having a composite structure of steel and prestressed concrete and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, relates to a tensile force introducing method using a prestressed steel, allowing compressed prestress required for a lower concrete coupled to a lower part of a steel girder to be effectively introduced, and a steel composite girder utilizing method using the tensile force introducing method. The prestressed concrete-steel composite girder comprises: a first beam; a second beam; and a tensile material. The first beam includes an upper flange and an abdominal part and has a length longer in one direction. The second beam is structurally combined with the first beam and is made of reinforced concrete. The tensile material is a strand having one end manufactured to have an attached strand-shape with a predetermined length and having the remaining part manufactured to have a non-attached strand-shape and be embedded in the interior of the second beam in a longitudinal direction of the second beam. The attached strand-shaped end is attached to the second beam to be mounted as the second beam is hardened. The non-attached strand-shaped end is mounted on a mount hole formed on an end of the second beam in a state where the second beam is hardened with a predetermined strength and is provided with a tensile force. |
