The invention relates to articles from polymer compositions of unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbons, comprising one carbon-carbonic double bond used in equipment in developing and operating hydrocarbon fields. A polymer device for protection a pipe coupling connection comprises a stepped bushing, having a middle section with an increased diameter and two side sections with smaller outer diameters arranged between pipe ends with tapered thread and connected by the coupling and provided with elastomer sealing rings positioned at sections of the smaller diameter bushing. The device is further provided with an additional stepped bushing, wherein the first stepped bushing has a constant outer diameter and two sections with smaller and greater inner diameters, and the second bushing has a constant inner diameter and two sections with smaller and greater inner diameters, wherein the smaller inner diameter of the first bushing and the inner diameter of the second bushing are equal to the inner diameter of pipes to be connected, and the outer diameter of the first bushing and the greater outer diameter of the second bushing are equal to the inner diameter of the connection coupling "in light", wherein the first bushing is connected at the section of the greater inner diameter to the section of the smaller outer diameter of the second bushing with tightness, and the value of possible bushing's displacement relative each other exceeds the displacement of pipe's ends when tightening threaded connection.
