The element (6) has a filter medium (7) formed by a series of parallel and transverse folds (9), where the filter medium is made of textile material i.e. synthetic non-woven material. The parallel and transverse folds have two lengths (12) formed by a series of ends (11) of the parallel and transverse folds, and two different widths (13) formed by end folds (14). A peripheral joint (8) is made of resilient material and attached to the ends of the parallel and transverse folds and the end folds. The filter medium comprises two longitudinal lips (16).
