PET LEASH ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

A pet leash accessory assembly may be utilized with a variety of off-the-shelf accessories including, but not limited to, flashlights, pet waste bags and personal attack deterrents. The pet leash accessory assembly allows an off-the-shelf accessory to be attached at different locations on the lease, for example attached to the leash handle or strap, and to be attached to many different types of leashes, for example, flat, thin leashes and round, rope-like leashes.

1. A leash accessory assembly for selectively coupling a leash accessory with a leash, wherein the leash accessory assembly comprises:
(a) a flexible strap comprising a first end, a second end, and an intermediate portion extending between the first and second ends, wherein the intermediate portion is configured to wrap around a leash accessory and a leash; (b) a leash fastener coupled with the first end of the flexible strap; and (c) a strap fastener coupled with the second end of the flexible strap, wherein the strap fastener is operable to couple the second end of the flexible strap with the intermediate portion of the flexible strap.
