PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit deterioration of the attachment accuracy of a power steering device and achieve good engagement between a rack and a pinion.SOLUTION: A power steering device of the invention includes: a rack shaft 24; a handle side pinion shaft which rotates on the basis of steering in a steering wheel; an assist side pinion shaft which is subject to driving by a drive part 30 to rotate and thereby assists rotation of the handle side pinion shaft; and a gear housing 10 which stores the rack shaft 24 and has a second leg part 10E fixed to a vehicle. The gear housing 10 includes: a first housing 10A which stores an engagement part between the rack shaft 24 and the handle side pinion shaft; a second housing 10B which stores an engagement part between the rack shaft 24 and the assist side pinion shaft; and a third housing 10C in which the second leg part 10E is formed. |
