PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film which when one surface thereof overlaps another, reduces the sticking between the surfaces, and also to provide a dope composition used for manufacturing of the film and a method for manufacturing the dope composition, and a solution film-forming method for manufacturing the film.SOLUTION: A film 10 comprises film surfaces 10a formed from a polymer, on which are formed protrusions 15 with a height of 30 nm or more and containing fine particles 14. The density of the protrusions with a height of 30 nm or more is within a range of 10protrusions/mmor more and 10protrusions/mmor less. The protrusions 15 in overlapping film 10 prevent two facing film surfaces 10a from partially coming into direct contact with each other. This prevents sticking between overlapping surfaces when overlapping takes place on the film 10.
