PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and highly accurately perform the winding control of a woven fabric.SOLUTION: At the start of operation, a woven fabric winding motor is driven by gradual increase command torque 21 which is increased in a stepwise manner. When a command of gradual increase command torque 21A is given to the woven fabric winding motor, a revolution speed rapidly increases, so that a woven fabric is wound. However, load torque exceeds the gradual increase command torque 21A, so that the woven fabric winding motor stops. The stop of revolution and fluctuations in the revolution speed are repeated due to gradual increase command torque 21B and 21C increased at each time interval of T. When gradual increase command torque 21D is given, the revolution speed is not caused to rapidly increase and converges to a steady-state revolution speed. When it can be determined that the detected revolution speed of the woven fabric winding motor converges to the steady-state revolution speed, load torque is calculated on the basis of the gradual increase command torque 21C in a boundary region FTB where the revolution speed shifts from a revolution speed fluctuation region FT to a revolution speed stable region ST. A control device calculates winding control torque by adding the load torque to winding torque and performs the torque control of the woven fabric winding motor by using the winding control torque. |
