摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the vibration suppression structure of a columnar structure capable of improving the earthquake resistance of the columnar structure with a simple structure without changing the shape or structure of an electric pole or an electric pole footing.SOLUTION: A vibration suppression structure 11 suppresses the vibration of an electric pole 9. A restoring force action part 11a allows a restoring force to act on the electric pole 9 such that the vibration of the electric pole 9 can be suppressed between the electric pole 9 and the electric pole footing 10. When the electric pole 9 largely vibrates when an earthquake occurs, the restoring force action part 11a itself returns to an original natural shape, and allows a fine restoring force to act on the electric pole 9. The restoring force action part 11a is a low repulsive member filled between the electric pole 9 and the electric pole footing 10. It is desired that the restoring force action part 11a is silicon rubber as the low repulsive member. The restoring force action part 11a is set optimal in an elasticity modulus (Young's modulus) such that a base isolation function is developed when an earthquake occurs.</p>
