<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a gear for providing a low-hardness coating layer on the surface of a parent metal, capable of suppressing exfoliation between the parent metal and the coating layer.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a gear provided with a coating layer 2 on the surface of a parent metal 1 includes the first step for subjecting the surface of the parent metal 1 to grinding processing or vacuum carburization treatment, the second step for roughening the surface roughness of the parent metal 1, and the third step for coating the surface of the parent metal 1 with a material having lower hardness than the hardness of the surface of the parent metal 1.</p> |
