PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative film that can be efficiently colored without impairing the original, good design of carbon fiber-reinforced composite material and also has excellent processability, and a decorative complex and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A decorative film comprises thermoplastic matrix resin (A) with a total light transmittance in a visible light region of 70% or more, and pigments (B) having two layers or more of structures different in refractive index, wherein the number of pigments in the decorative film, preferably orientation of the pigments are set within a specific range.
