PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition from which such coated particles can be produced that are fed to fill cracks formed in a subterranean formation and that can maintain high conductivity of the subterranean formation, a grout comprising the coated particles, and a filling method for injecting the grout into cracks.SOLUTION: The resin composition is used for forming a surface layer 3 that covers at least a part of an outer surface of coated particles 1 to be fed to fill cracks formed in a subterranean formation. The resin composition comprises an isocyanate compound having an isocyanate group and a curable resin having a hydroxyl group. The isocyanate compound is present in a blocked state of the isocyanate group with a compound having reactivity with the isocyanate group.
