PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/DC converter capable of being immediately returned to normal operation from a state where an output transistor is continued to be turned off when a reverse current is generated during a light load.SOLUTION: An on-timer circuit equipped with a ripple generating circuit, a smoothing circuit and a timer circuit for outputting on-time signals includes: a logic circuit for detecting symptom in which a reverse current is generated; and a switching circuit for maintaining an output voltage of the ripple generating circuit or controlling an output voltage of the ripple generating circuit to a predetermined voltage by detection signals of the logic circuit. |
