摘要 The present invention relates to an open type ground heat exchanging apparatus comprising: a heat pump for supplying cooling and heating water to the inside of a building; a deep well pump arranged in a tubular well drilled in the ground for pumping up water in the tubular well; a heat exchanger for exchanging the heat of water discharged from the heat pump and returned with water pumped up to the deep well pump and returned to the tubular well; a temperature sensor installed in the outlet of the heat exchanger for discharging water pumped up to the deep well pump and returned to the tubular well for measuring a temperature in real-time; and an inverter electrically connected to the deep well pump and the temperature sensor, for varying a frequency according to a flow rate and a water temperature in an outlet of the heat exchanger capable of maintaining the optimal state of a cooling and heating coefficient of performance (COP) of the inside, and controlling the flow rate of the deep well pump. The present invention has an effect of ensuring stability of a system through flow rate control of a deep well pump optimized for heating and cooling efficiency. Moreover, the present invention relates to a method for controlling a flow rate of cooling and heating water using the same.
