PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric film flexible and large in relative dielectric constant and dielectric breakdown strength, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The dielectric film includes an elastomer and nano particles dispersed in the elastomer in a state chemically bonded to the elastomer, and the nano particles has a cyano group and are manufactured by the sol gel method using an organic metal compound. The method for manufacturing a dielectric film comprises: the chelation step of forming a chelate compound of the organic metal compound; the sol manufacturing step of adding a silane coupling agent having a cyano group, an organic solvent, and water to the chelate compound to obtain the sol of metal oxide particles having a cyano group; the mixed solution preparation step of mixing the sol of the metal oxide particles having a cyano group and a polymer solution including a rubber polymer having a functional group reactive with a hydroxyl group to prepare a mixed solution; and the film formation step of applying the mixed solution on a base material to cure a coating film.
