a biological sample sensor; wherein the biological sample sensor comprises a plurality of transistors; one or more of the transistors comprises a scattering site; and the scattering site comprises a covalent bond to a biomarker, such that if the biomarker is exposed to an infected biological sample while voltage is applied to the transistor, the conductance of the transistor will change.
