(1) The film thickness is 0.5 μm or greater (2) The arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of the surface is 2.0 μm or less (3) The root mean square gradient (RΔq) of the surface is 0.50° or less (4) The hydrogen content is 30 at% or less
