The present invention relates to: a polymer resin composition for manufacturing a hollow fiber membrane, which comprises a vinylidene fluoride-based polymer resin, a good solvent, a poor solvent, and peroxide; a manufacturing method of a hollow fiber membrane using the polymer resin composition; and a hollow fiber membrane obtained therefrom.
