The present invention relates to mortar and, more specifically, to mortar and fabricating method thereof, which is developed for the purpose of an insulation spraying process used in a finishing construction for preventing wet frostiness and heat loss generated at portions facing the external air and can cope with a request of nonflammable and fireproof performances including an insulation performance of composite panel core material, a fireproof door core material, a cold storage floor material and a fire resistive covering material, etc. via material selection, process changes, etc. if necessary. The present invention provides the mortar containing: denatured silicate fabricated by adding one or more among zinc chloride, mono aluminium phosphate, aluminium phosphate, citric acid and boric acid to silicate; 1-10 wt% of an accelerating agent including one or more among sodium silicofluoride, zinc carbonate and zinc oxide; and 25-100 wt% of a filler including expanded perlite, with respect to 100 wt% of the denatured silicate. |
