The present invention relates to a synthetic vehicle control surveillance system which collects and processes various information in a vehicle through an OBD standard DLC of the vehicle, and transmits and receives the processed information through bi-directional communication with a mobile phone of a customer and an affiliated company server using a short range communication network and a wide band communication network. For this, the present invention provides the synthetic vehicle control surveillance system including: a vehicle information collection/analysis and unification communication module which delivers first-processed vehicle information of an On-board diagnostics (OBD) to a mobile communication terminal or the server through the short range communication network or the wide band communication network after collecting and filtering the vehicle information of the OBD, or delivers vehicle control data to the vehicle by receiving the vehicle control data transmitted from the mobile communication terminal or the server; a device operation module which sets an Ethernet route with a device and the server by being mounted on the device, and performing second processing of the vehicle information of the vehicle information collection/analysis and unification communication module by receiving the vehicle information, and provides the secondly processed vehicle information through a user interface of the device, and generates vehicle control data and then transmits the vehicle control data to the vehicle information collection/analysis and unification communication module; and a telematics server which re-processes the first-processed vehicle information according to the kind of a service for providing and managing the service and then stores the re-processed vehicle information by collecting the first-processed vehicle information. |
