The portable burner includes: a center ring; a plurality of support bars which are axially fixed to the center ring and are supported to be rotated at a predetermined angle; a plurality of control plates which can be vertically moved along the support bar in the upper part of the center ring to be fixated; a retaining bar which can be vertically moved and fixated to one side of a control unit; a cooking plate which is installed above the support bar and is supported by the support bar; and a support net which is inserted into the upper hole of the support bar.
