Disclosed is a cosmetic dispenser, wherein a liquid-phase cosmetic is provided from a canned dispenser for use with only a simple operation of pumping and a compact-shaped structure having a mirror and an opening/closing cap is used to maximize user convenience. According to an aspect of the present invention, the cosmetic dispenser comprises: an upper body having a compact shape to include a puff supporter for accommodating a puff inside, a hinged cover capable of opening or closing and a mirror disposed in the inner side of the cover; a middle body connected to the lower part of the upper body to have an ascending groove through the outer surface to guide the pumping of the upper body; and a lower body connected to the lower part of the middle body to be filled with a liquid-phase cosmetic inside, wherein the lower body discharges a liquid-phase cosmetic to the outside via a stem part, which is connected from a discharge hole to a discharge pipe communicated with the puff supporter and a liquid-phase cosmetic stored in the lower body is provided for the puff support when the upper body is pumped. |
