<p>Title: A Direct Current Motor Abstract The invention relates to a direct current motor and provides the direct current motor which is simple in structure, high in reliability and convenient and fast in assembly, and can further improve assembly efficiency and assembly quality, and solve the technical problems that the assembly process of the motor in the prior art is time-consuming and labor-consuming, particularly, the assembly efficiency of rotor slot wedges is low, the quality is poor, working performances of the motor are further affected and the like. The direct current motor comprises a stator, a front end cover and a rear end cover, wherein the front and the rear end covers are arranged at two ends of the stator, a rotor is correspondingly coaxially arranged between the front end cover and the rear end cover in the stator, two ends of the rotor are supported on the front and the rear end covers in a rotating manner, the rotor slot wedges arranged on the rotor correspondingly are in annular structure, the rotor slot wedges comprise slot wedge strips and an annular positioning plate which is vertically connected at one end of each one of the slot wedge strips, the slot wedge strips are embedded in punching sheet slots on the rotor, and the annular positioning plate pushes against the end surface of the rotor.</p> |
