PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide device capable of adjusting the propagation direction of an input beam to a predetermined direction even if the inclination in the propagation direction of an input beam is non-uniform or uniform.SOLUTION: A double mirror Mi is constituted of a first mirror Mi1 placed on an upper surface of a substrate B, and a second mirror Mi2 placed on the upper surface of the first mirror Mi1. The first mirror Mi1 has a reflection surface for reflecting input beams, and the second mirror Mi2 has the reflection surface for reflecting input beams reflected by the reflection surface of the first mirror Mi1. The second mirror Mi2 is a prism, and reflection on the reflection surface is the total reflection generated inside this prism.
