PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropump in which a tube unit and a control unit can be attached and detached.SOLUTION: A micropump 1 comprises: a tube unit 2 including an elastic tube 50, fingers 40-46 arranged radially from a central direction of an arc shape of the tube 50, a cam 20, a rotor 70 that transmits a rotating force to the cam 20, and a vibrating body 80 including piezoelectric elements 82 and 83 and including a protruding part 81a in contact with the rotor 70 at an end part in a longitudinal direction; and a control unit 3 including a control circuit part 60 to which power is supplied from a battery 61 and that applies an AC voltage to the piezoelectric elements 82 and 83. The tube unit 2 and the control unit 3 can be attached and detached. When the AC voltage is applied to the piezoelectric elements 82 and 83, the vibrating body 80 vibrates and applies the rotating force to the rotor 70, and the cam 20 presses the fingers 40-46 sequentially from the inflow side of fluid to the outflow side, repeats pressing and opening of the tube 50, and conveys liquid. |
