<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat resistant alloy having high temperature strength and settling resistance more excellent than the conventional material, a method for producing the same, and a heat resistant alloy spring.SOLUTION: Provided is a heat resistant alloy having a composition comprising, by mass, 34 to 46% Ni, 13.5 to 18% Cr, 2 to 9% Mo, 2.5 to 3.5% Nb, 1 to 2% Fe, 1.5 to 2.5% Al and 0.6 to 1.0% Ti, and the balance Co with inevitable impurities, and whose structure has aγbase phase, aγ' phase having a grain size of 20 to 50 nm and also a volume ratio of 52 to 65% and aμphase having a volume ratio of 10% or lower.</p> |
