Present invention refers to a modular system of niches or crypts for the deposit of ashes and/or dry remains. Particularly, present invention refers to a modular system with easy assembly for the deposit of ashes and/or dry remains, which does not require high skill training. Additionally, the modular system of present invention can have different heights and width of the niches, which is possible by means of the connectors of present invention. Additionally, the modular system for crypts of present invention can be recoated with an aesthetically pleasing to the eye material, such as ceramic, marble or other materials.

1. A modular system of crypts comprising:
at least a first plate; at least a second plate substantially perpendicular to the first plate; at least one connector element capable of maintaining the first and second plates in connection, the at least one connector element comprises a first aperture on a vertical arm of the connector and at least one second aperture on a horizontal arm of the connector, wherein the first aperture is substantially perpendicular to the second aperture; the at least first and second plates comprising two cavities at a first end and two recesses at a second end, opposite to the first end, each cavity with at least one flange; wherein the at least first and second plates are in connection with the connector element by means of the first and second aperture of the at least one connector element and at least one flange of each cavity of the at least first and second plates.
