In order to provide a device that is able to flexibly handle changes in constraints in a traffic system, this traffic system optimization device is characterized by having the following: an optimization condition setting means that has a function for indicating, as a range on a map, the conditions when traffic system specifications are optimized; an optimization execution means that optimizes the traffic system specifications by a simulation using a calculator, under the optimized conditions set by the optimization condition setting means; an optimization result analysis means that groups together similar optimal solutions obtained by the optimization execution means; and an analysis result display means that has at least a function of displaying on a map the range of design parameters, for each group, of the optimal solutions grouped by the optimization result analysis means. |
