<p>Title: A Single-stator Disc Type Motor Abstract The invention relates to a single-stator disc type motor, which belongs to the technical field of production and manufacturing of motors. The single-stator disc type motor comprises a stator, a rotor and end covers, wherein the stator comprises a housing and stator silicon steel sheets, the end covers are fixed with the housing, the rotor comprises a rotor shaft and circular sheet type magnetic steel sheets, the magnetic steel sheets are arranged between the end covers and the end surfaces of the stator, a connecting part is arranged on the rotor shaft, the connecting part comprises a disc body and a cylinder body which is coaxially fixed with the disc body into a whole, the connecting part is closely fitted on the rotor shaft through an inner hole of the cylinder body, the outer wall of the cylinder body form a conical surface, a central hole is formed at the center of the magnetic steel sheets, the hole diameter of the central hole is smaller than the diameter of the disc body of the connecting part, the magnetic steel sheets are sheathed outside the cylinder body of the connecting part through the central hole, one end surface of each magnetic steel sheet is in contact with the disc body of the connecting part, a claw hole is formed at the center of a locking disc, a plurality of claw bodies which are convex inwards are formed on the inner edge of the claw body, the locking disc is sheathed outside the cylinder body of the connecting part through the claw hole, and the end surface of the locking disc is in contact with the other end surface of each magnetic steel sheet. - 12</p> |
