<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an optical film, for decreasing failures in qualities such as folded lines due to wrinkles in an optical film roll caused in winding a film or with lapse of time in the production of a stretched optical film and for achieving high productivity.SOLUTION: The production method of an optical film comprises forming a film from a thermoplastic resin containing a specific acrylic polymer, stretching the film, and taking up the film. The method includes a take-up step in which a take-up machine having such a touch roll is used that can take up the optical film while pressing the film at a take-up speed of 10 m/min or more and 200 m/min or less, and the temperature of the touch roll is controlled to 3°C or higher and 15°C or lower.</p> |
