PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter capable of achieving stable control by operating a circuit even when starting a power supply voltage or an output voltage becomes 0 V by load short-circuit.SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter with an on-timer circuit includes: a ripple generation circuit that generates and outputs a ripple component with a control signal; an averaging circuit that outputs a signal obtained by averaging the ripple generation circuit; a timer circuit that generates and outputs an on-time signal with a signal of the averaging circuit and a control signal; and a starting circuit that boosts a voltage of an output terminal of the ripple generation circuit to a predetermined voltage. |
