A data transmission method, apparatus and system. The method comprises: receiving, by a user equipment, a data scheduling request sent by a base station, the data scheduling request carrying resource information allocated to scheduled data by the base station, wherein the resource information comprises unauthorized spectrum resources; judging whether the scheduled data fulfill the condition of being transmitted over the unauthorized spectrum; and if the scheduled data fulfill the condition of being transmitted over the unauthorized spectrum, sending, by the unauthorized spectrum resources, the scheduled data to the base station. The present invention may improve data transmission security.
