A display, a display system and a data processing method. The display comprises: a data processing unit (11) and a display device (12), wherein the display device (12) is provided with a set refresh frequency; the data processing unit (11) is used for converting an original data signal into a display data signal and outputting the display data signal to the display device (12), the frame rate of the original data signal being an original frequency, and the frame rate of the display data signal being the refresh frequency; and the display device (12) is used for displaying the display data signal. The data processing unit (11) of the display executes the processing of converting an original data signal into a display data signal, an image processing unit only needs to directly transmit the original data signal to the data processing unit (11) of the display, and the data transmission capacity and processing capacity of the image processing unit are reduced, thereby reducing the load of the image processing unit and improving the performance of the display system. |
