Disclosed is a matching method for equipment for solid-filling a coal face of a coal mine. The equipment using the matching method is composed of the following parts: a coal mining machine (5), a scraper conveyor (6), and a hydraulic support (10) for filling and coal mining, arranged on the coal face; coal conveying equipment (7), a machine head (13), a driving electric motor (14), and a machine head lifting platform (15), arranged in a coal conveying lane; a gangue belt-type conveyor (8), a self-moving transfer conveyor (9), a machine tail (17), and a machine tail lifting platform (18), arranged in a gangue conveying lane; and a tamping mechanism (11) and a middle segment (16) of the conveyor, arranged in a filling face. The middle segment of the conveyor and the tamping mechanism are respectively arranged at the rear and bottom portions of the hydraulic support for filling and coal mining; the self-moving transfer conveyor is overlapped with the gangue belt-type conveyor and the machine tail, respectively; the machine tail is arranged on the machine tail lifting platform; the machine head and the driving electric motor are arranged on the machine head lifting platform; the administration of a transition segment of the coal face is realized by means of delayed supporting. A comprehensive mechanized filling and mining integrated operation for solid-filling a coal face is realized, and the recovery rate of a resource-exhausted mine is greatly improved. |
