Disclosed are a touch pen and a terminal. The touch pen comprises a pen rod, one end of the pen rod forms a transition section, and the tail end of the transition section is provided with a pen point. The outer side surface of the transition section forms a first electrically conductive layer used for electrical connection with a preset jack, and an insulating first isolating layer is arranged between the first electrically conductive layer and the pen point. By employing the touch pen and the terminal, a handwriting input function of the touch pen can be realized, and also, with the first electrically conductive layer for electrical connection with the preset jack being arranged on the transition section of the touch pen, extension of other functions on the touch pen can be readily achieved, thus the touch pen becomes more diversified in functionality. |
