PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament of alleviating a symptom of relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis in a human patient suffering from relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis or a patient who has experienced a first clinical episode and is determined to be at high risk of developing clinically-definite multiple sclerosis.SOLUTION: A medicament contains glatiramer acetate, is prepared for a dosage regimen consisting of performing one time of subcutaneous injection of glatiramer acetate at a dose of 40 mg for only three days in every week, consists of performing subcutaneous injection of 1 mL of the pharmaceutical composition for only three days in every week for at least six months, and is prepared for a dosage regimen having at least one day when not performing the subcutaneous injection of the pharmaceutical composition thereof between every injection day. The pharmaceutical composition is in a prefilled syringe, and further comprises mannitol, having a pH in the range of 5.5 to 7.0. |
